Large chest badge "Servizio Stradale" Province of Turin from the 1930s

Large chest badge "Servizio Stradale" Province of Turin from the 1930s, badge measures 5.5 cm in diameter,
 plus a smaller enamelled badge with the crest of the province of Turin. In the centre, a rectangle with 
two fasces on the sides and two holes in the centre, probably necessary for the application of a plate with a number.
