Rare badge ofThe National Corps of Volunteer Cyclists and Automobile Drivers, or simply VCA, was a volunteer corps, under the supervision of the Ministry of War, established to contribute to the defense of the homeland by training cyclists and automobiles. It included civilians who owned a bicycle, motorcycle, or automobile. They received military training and, in the event of mobilization, were called up for active service with their own vehicle.
