Commemorative medal of the Fiume Expedition of 1919, also known as the "To the Liberators" medal. It bears the inscription "HIC MANEBIMUS OPTIME" (We will be very well here) and depicts daggers and an eagle. Made of bronze, it has a typical diameter of approximately 39 mm and an original weight between 30 and 41.5 grams, with lighter post-war versions. The original ribbon features purple, yellow, and light blue stripes.
