Lot that belonged to a fallen German from the Second World War, the whole is made up of:

Infanteriesturmabzeichen Silber certificate dated May 1943 signed by Effermann

Certificate of conferment of Iron Cross 2nd Class of June 1943

Certificate of conferment of the Iron Cross 1st Class of August 1943

Very interesting and poignant is the letter from his Commander sent to the boy's mother
 in which he tells in great detail the war zone in which the NCO lost his life, furthermore 
in the lot there is the letter dated 08/10/43 in which the the Iron Cross of the 1st class
 is conferred , in practice in memory , with other words of praise for the son .

The son fell in combat on the Eastern Front on July 30, 1943
