Permesso Provvisorio Repubblica Sociale Italiana

Rare historical document, it is a bilingual (Italian-German) Provisional Permit
 that was issued for the purposes of the Amnesty granted by the Duce to draft evaders, 
stragglers, those arrested for desertion or abandonment of post and allowed the 
civilian to be able to circulate while waiting for it to appear at an Employment Office

Particularly interesting is the stamp of the department that issued the document:
 "Arditi Paracdutisti Aereonautica Folgore"
