GOGLIARDO headdress, university student, years 1947/1948

GOGLIARDO or FELUCA headdress from a post-war university student, interesting as it belonged
 to an Engineering student, black color, who was in progress in 1947/1948.

Of absolutely fascist ideas, even after the war he had applied a German cross of merit, 
KvK Kriegsverndiest kreuz 1939, on the headdress and a good number of "eagles" by rank of the 
Germanic aviation of the Second World War.

Very rare is the university goliardic badge of the Ferie Matricularum 1947 1948 which I believe
 were the first freshmen's parties after the war.
