A very interesting original period document. In 1940, the High Command of the Royal Air Force promoted a competition for the supply of a fighter training aircraft for its war pilots. The Italian company Societa' Italiana Ernesto Breda participated with a design for a single-seater aircraft, following the directives of the Directorate General for Construction and Procurement - Air Division Experimental Section of the Royal Air Force. The design is an original on glossy paper, signed by the design engineer and item by item. It consists of nine pages, which outline all the construction hypotheses with possible modifications and variations.
