M32 dagger for the Consul General of the Militia, a dagger introduced in 1932 for officers of the MVSN.
The lower officer version had black Bakelite grips, while the General version had milky white. The grips were produced by only two manufacturers: SALFI, and another company marked the grips with an electrical plug and numerical codes; it is assumed that the same company used two different brands.
The blade has a blunt edge and a blunt counter-edge. The steel is not exceptional in terms of strength and nickel-plating quality, but it is still quite durable. Even today, daggers reach us in perfect condition.
The grip is made of aluminum.
Two types of sheaths were available for the M32 dagger: one black and one nickel-plated (like the one on the proposed dagger); The black scabbard can be imagined used for service needs, the nickel-plated one for parades and rallies.
