Post-1937 Union of British Fascist brass buckle. This is a highly controversial buckle. Many forums dismiss it as a fantasy. Angolia, in his book on buckles, "Belt Buckles Brocades Third Reich Revised Edition," actually lists it as an original on page 580. Mosley's movement was the British Union Fascist; the buckle reads "Union of British Fascist." According to many collectors, the difference lies in the fact that after a shift toward fascism in 1937, there was a greater shift toward the National Socialist movement, which would explain the use of the swastika instead of the fasces.
It is an extremely rare buckle, even though it is available both at auction (Catawiki) and on militaria websites.
