Vincenzo Zangara (Catania, August 26, 1902 – Catania, August 5, 1985) was an Italian jurist and politician. He joined the National Fascist Party in January 1922. On March 23, 1930, he founded and edited the fortnightly magazine "Il Primato." He served as Federal Secretary of the Catania National Fascist Party from November 16, 1933, to January 7, 1937. Close to Secretary Starace, he joined the party's national leadership in 1934. Vitaliano Brancati drew inspiration from him in Bell'Antonio for the character of Catania's fascist federalist Lorenzo Calderara.

In January 1937, he assumed the role of Deputy National Secretary of the Party until November 1939. He then became national trustee of the University Section of the Fascist School Association. From March 1939, he served as a national councilor of the Chamber of Fasci and Corporations.
