Extremely rare fascist propaganda leaflet; these leaflets were distributed but also stuck to walls like posters, particularly in bilingual areas, such as the Italian-occupied regions of Tyrol, Istria, Dalmatia, and the Aegean islands in occupied or mixed-language territories.
They were, in effect, a warning and an obligation not to speak the indigenous languages.
